1. Non-Refundable Down Payment

Any down payment, booking amount, or registration fee paid towards the purchase of a leisure membership or travel package is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal reasons
  • Non-usage of services
  • Delay or inability to travel

Once the down payment is made, it is deemed as confirmation of intent to purchase and cannot be reversed.

2. Membership Fees

Leisure membership fees, once paid (in part or full), are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement issued by the company.

3. Travel Packages

Refunds for travel packages (if applicable) may be considered only for amounts paid beyond the non-refundable down payment, and strictly subject to:

  • Cancellation timelines
  • Supplier policies (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.)
  • Applicable cancellation charges

Any refund approved will be processed after deducting all applicable charges.

4. No Refund for Non-Utilization

No refund shall be provided for:

  • Unused services
  • Partially used memberships or packages
  • No-shows or missed travel dates

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved (excluding the down payment), it will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval through the original mode of payment or any other method deemed suitable by the company.

6. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for refunds arising due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or political disturbances.

7. Policy Amendments

GRAND VIVANTA CORPORATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version applicable will be the one in force at the time of purchase.
