These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and participation in leisure memberships and travel packages offered by GRAND VIVANTA CORPORATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By making any payment or availing our services, the customer (“You”, “Member”, “Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company offers leisure memberships, holiday packages, and travel-related services, which may include accommodation, travel assistance, and allied benefits, subject to availability and partner policies.
2. Down Payment & Payment Terms
- Any down payment, booking amount, or registration fee paid to the Company is strictly non-refundable once paid.
- Payment of the down payment confirms the customer’s intent to purchase the membership or travel package.
- Remaining amounts, if any, must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
3. No Refund Policy
- The down payment amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of plans, personal reasons, non-usage, or cancellation.
- Membership fees and package amounts, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly mentioned in a written agreement issued by the Company.
- No refund shall be issued for partially used or unused services.
4. Membership Validity & Usage
- Leisure memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Membership benefits are subject to availability, advance booking, blackout dates, and partner terms.
- The Company does not guarantee availability on specific dates or locations.
5. Travel Packages
- Travel packages are subject to third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators.
- Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are governed by the respective service provider’s policies.
- The Company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by third parties.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Benefits
All images, descriptions, and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual services, locations, and amenities may vary depending on availability and operational conditions.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest. No refunds shall be applicable in such cases.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
- Valid identification, travel documents, and compliance with local laws are the customer’s responsibility.
- Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, excluding the non-refundable down payment. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Termination of Membership
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership if misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms is found. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.
11. Amendments
GRAND VIVANTA CORPORATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Acceptance
By making any payment or availing services from GRAND VIVANTA CORPORATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
